We ship small parcels (accessories, books, textiles, and the like) via Hermes, UPS and Royal Mail.
Yes; when you place an order with Monocrhome, we will send you a link via email that enables you to track your parcel. We use a reliable and trusted courier service that provides updates at each stage of the process, from despatch through to final delivery.
Yes; our courier has introduced a contactless delivery process. The driver will maintain a 2-metre distance and place the parcel at your doorstep. As proof of delivery, they will take a photo of the parcel with the door open. Alternatively, you can provide us with instructions to inform the driver where to leave your parcel.
Please contact us and we will do our utmost to amend or cancel your order before it’s despatched.
Once shipped, it’s no longer possible to change or cancel your order. However, you can return unwanted items to us within 30 days post-purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Every order is sent with a packing slip. This document includes the shipping address, billing address, order reference, order date, and a brief summary of the products included in the parcel (title, quantity, SKU code). There is no pricing or payment information.

No, we never have access to this information. It’s the company Stripe that manages transactions, and rest assured that your data is protected.
Firstly, check that the code entered at checkout is correct. Discount codes should be 8 digits and are not case sensitive. If the code is entered correctly but still doesn’t work, please contact us via telephone or live web chat. That way, we can instantly validate the discount code and guide you through the remaining checkout process.
Please note only one discount code may be used per order.
We aim to restock popular items quickly. You can register your interest in a sold out item and we’ll send you an email notification when it comes back in stock.
Some items are limited edition and, once sold out, will be replaced with different products from a new seasonal collection.

You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique 16-digit code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over one or multiple orders.
